*Payment of monthly membership fees is required to remain an active member and receive service.
**If you decide to cancel- it's simple, we hope to have an honest relationship with you. THERE ARE NO LONGTERM CONTRACTS OR COMMITMENTS. We ask that you give us a 30 day notice if you wish to cancel. If you choose to become a member again, you will need to pay the enrollment fee again.
