Initial Visit

  • Blood pressure

  • FDA-approved prescribed weight loss medication (if qualified)

  • A customized weight management plan, diet and exercise

(Every 2 - 4 weeks)

  • Injections (B12 + Lipotropic "Skinny shot")

  • Weight check

  • Progress Evaluation
